How we do what we do
How we find your problem:
State-of-the-art physical assessment
Comprehensive postural screening
At Evolve, our doctors will take the time to uncover the subtle imbalances and asymmetries that may cause your pain and dysfunction. These imbalances will be charted and monitored for progress throughout your treatment.
Functional movement pattern testing
The body adapts to injury by altering movement patterns. While these patterns may initially keep pain at bay, they often lead to more pain in the long run. Fortunately, testing can uncover these patterns and exercises can be designed to correct them.
Up-to-date orthopedic assessment
From carpal tunnel syndrome to lumbar disc herniation, Evolve doctors are trained to provide accurate orthopedic assessments, which first determine the precise location of injury, and, over time, are used to monitor your progress.
Core function evaluation
Most injuries begin with poor core muscle strength. These simple tests will reveal the exact area of your core weakness so that we can design a customized exercise program to promote stability and prevent re-injury.
Active Release Therapy®
Active Release Therapy® (A.R.T) is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with A.R.T.®.
Runners, cyclists, and athletes of all kinds find quick and permanent relief with A.R.T® from nagging overuse injuries such as tendonitis, muscle strain, and rotator cuff strain.

Custom orthotic design
Custom orthotics are an incredibly effective means of correcting the faulty foot mechanics that often lead to ankle, knee, hip and low-back pain.
By modifying the shape of your foot as you walk, orthotics reduce pain throughout the ankle, knee and foot and slow down the degenerative (arthritic) process.
Once your doctor determines that orthotics will be of benefit, a cast that records your foot’s unique shape is used to generate an orthotic product customized just for you.
Chiropractic Acupuncture
Focusing on specific pressure points, chiropractic acupuncture involves inserting thin needles into the skin to relieve pain.
Our chiropractors all have certification in acupuncture, and following your thorough assessment, they may discuss the possibility of incorporating this into your treatment plan.
